Preston is 8 months old!

There are a lot of photos for this month, so I'm going to keep the writing to a minimum if I can! We had a photo shoot with a good friend of mine who just started her photography business and the pics came out so adorable! More to come.. For info on Holly Nicole Photography, leave me a comment! Some new things this month are... He gives "raspberries" on demand (and sometimes NOT on demand. I love when we are in a public place and my son is making fart noises on my arm, awesome..!) He weighs a little over 17 lbs. He says MAMA and BABA :o] He got his second tooth, and it's so adorable!!! He is drinking from his sippy cup all by himself
He stands up on any and everything, and he is a climber!!! You'd be suprised at what he puts his little foot on to get just a lil bit higher....... His new favorite foods are Banana Plum Grape and Sweet Potatoes and Chicken We went to Schnepf Farm to see Cousin Mady's dance performance, soooo cute! We went to the dinosaur Museum too!

We went to a friends house and their son had this power wheel, Preston LOVED it, and their outdoor baby swing!

I love this one.. Classic Abby and Preston. Abby is all excited and interested (about the dog next door barking!) and Preston is just chill and whatever about it (even though he is terrified of dogs!) LOL they will make such a perfect couple one day!

Our New addition...

MEET HURLEY! He is 4 weeks old. He looks almost as big as Speedy (1 yr.) in the pic but I think its the angle, because he is about 1/3 the size of Speedster. Speedy tucked in his shell like a scaredy cat! Hurley went haulin' around his new home to check it out. He is a fast little guy (Or girl?) We don't know the gender of them until about age 3... Anyway, here is our newest baby tortie!

Just thought I would post a few pics of our little guy. We got him the stand up jungle toy on craigslist for 20$!! ($60 in the store new) so it was a steal of a deal and he loves it!!! He is a little monkey, always climbing on things, such as the laundry basket so Danny put him in it! Also, he had his first boo-boo. Well, lets face it, he gets boo-boos a LOT because he is so brave just standing up and climbing on things that he falls over ALL THE TIME! But this one HAD to hurt!! He was crawling on the tile (yes he escaped the playroom!) and fell forward. His toofers cut the inside of his upper lip. Bleeding, skin hanging. EWWIE! He only cried for about 30 seconds! I held an ice cube for him to suck on because he got a BIG fat lip! Enjoy the pics, 8 month update coming soon!

My Golden Birthday

That's right, I turned 25 on the 25th! And it was the best birthday! I went to Cheesecake factory with my family and Danny's family came too! Then we went back to my parents house for cake, amazing cake!!! (picture below!) I got awesome gifts, but most of all I was so happy to have my family and friends around me. I'm very proud of what I've accomplished in this quarter of a century I've been alive! I have a wonderful family, a loving husband, and a precious baby boy! What more could I ask for? More like what more DID I ask for.. LOL and yes, I got it!!! A PINK SEWING MACHINE and all the accessories to go with it! My parents even got me a sewing lesson and gift card for more supplies! I also got hooked up from Danny's family with spa gift cards to spoil myself rotten! YAY!!!

Preston is 7 months old!

That's right, 7 months old today. We went to Lily's 1st birthday yesterday and Suzanne said "this will be Preston in a few months!" I Can not believe in 5 months our baby will be a whole year old! He is crawling, full throttle now! He climbs on EVERYTHING now that he can pull himself up to stand. It's insane!!! He got his first TOOTH! Its a bottom one, and his second one is well on its way judging by his crankiness the past 2 days. His new fav. foods are Apples&Blueberries and Mixed Vegetables. His fav. toy this month is.. well.. any sort of cord, especially when its plugged into something.. You spend all that money on toys and all kids want to play with is stuff like that! Anywho, enjoy some pics I took this month.

Update on Preston

Preston had his 6 month checkup last wed. so just thought I'd do a quick update and a few pics!
He weighed 16 lbs 5 oz. (25th Percentile) and is 25 3/4 (25th %) and head is 17 1/4 (50th %) Guess he has a big dome..and its obviously filled with knowledge!! The doc said he is really advanced and strong!!! She also thinks he's going to be an early walker (9-10 mo) so we will see! Danny was excited about that. Me, not so much! My little boy is growing up so fast, and I can hardly keep up with him now, I can't imagine when he's WALKING!! Here are some new things for this month...
Preston can sort of crawl..more like inchworm.. but none-the-less he gets where he wants to go! And Danny and I got to witness his first actual crawl together last night so that was cool! He rarely does it right. Mostly just inchworms his legs and hands at the same time and faceplants!
He is eating all sorts of foods, and started on 2nd stage. He's really into bananas!! Banana Mango is the latest fav. We got all sorts of the mixed fruit ones on sale at target so I'll see if he likes them better. He wasn't a huge fan of the plain fruits except bananas.
Also, he is drinking water from a sippy cup...SO CUTE! BUT he is still learning and chokes a little. The last new thing is puffs and yogurt melts. The doc said to get him started on those and he loves em! But hasn't quite figured out how to put them in his mouth so MOM has to help! Enjoy the latest pics!
